The new piezoresistive vacuum controller produced by our company is equipped with the newly developed piezoresistive gauge sensor (which adopts imported chips). The built-in enlarge processing circuit will convert the sensor signal into a standard voltage, current or frequency signal output, and it can be directly connected with the computer interface or PLC, but also facilitate the long-distance signal transmission. Its measurement has nothing to do with the type of gas, and the linearity is very good.
